Added extract.dom for Custom JSON routes to extract scalar values or repeated structured records from stable HTML with CSS or XPath selectors.

Documented DOM extraction arguments, value modes, scalar and structured result shapes, caps, truncation behavior, and required semantics in the JsonLogic-style DSL reference.
Added CSS and XPath DOM examples, including a repeated-card recipe for extracting media opportunities from nested email layouts.

Added extract.key_value_pairs for Custom JSON routes to extract structured fields from text or HTML into ordered items, first-value values, and duplicate-preserving groups.

Added a dedicated JsonLogic-style DSL reference for Custom JSON operators, helper arguments, output shapes, and runtime limits.
